Blake was great in helping us settle on our new mattress, never trying to sell hard but instead focusing on helping us make the right decision. Even though the mattress manufacturer caused some slight delays, Blake was great at keeping us posted on when we’d get the mattress, delivering it as soon as he had his hands on it. We’re very happy customers.

Freedom Mattress is a small family owned business. We went there because they carried the Helix brand. Blake and Tonya were extremely courteous and helpful. They encouraged us to try out the products, explained the differences, and were very low key. We bought two mattresses at the online sale price and paid no tax. Blake delivered and installed both the mattresses. I have always disliked shopping for mattresses but Freedom Mattress makes it a pleasurable experience. I highly recommend them.

I think they are hiding super heros in this store! Blake and his wife were super friendly as I arrived. I explained needing my mattress ASAP, and being disappointed by slow shipping from online retailers. They matched my choice mattress' sale price online, and were sure to deliver the mattress the same day, so I could begin living in my apartment as soon as possible. Blake even helped me carry the mattress up 2 flights of stairs to my apartment. I loved everything about my experience, and couldn't imagine it being better.

We really appreciated the guidance that Blake provided us when we were choosing the right mattress. At this stage in our life (50+), the right bed is all the difference in the world gor a wonderful night sleep. The adjustable base and the side sleep options were truly a godsend!!
