What does ErgoAlign change?
ErgoAlign adds firmer foam beneath the hip and lumbar area. It supplements the Luxe mattress's existing zoned support; individual comfort preferences and outcomes vary.
What kind of base should I use?
Use a firm, flat, manufacturer-approved support system. Inadequate support can contribute to sagging and affect warranty eligibility.
What is the Freedom Comfort Match policy?
After a 30-night adjustment period, eligible mattresses may be exchanged once within 100 nights. A $199 service fee applies. Upgrades require the price difference; downgrade value is issued as store credit. No cash refunds.
