What sizes are available?
Twin, Twin XL, Full, Queen, King and California King are available when the corresponding Shopify configuration is in stock. Dimensions update beside the size selector.
What base can I use?
Use a rigid, supportive foundation with minimal spacing between slats. A traditional box spring is not required unless it is designed for modern hybrid mattresses.
Why does Elite arrive in two boxes?
The upper comfort section and the support base are packaged separately to make placement easier. Follow the included assembly instructions before use.
Does CoolForce change the mattress feel?
CoolForce changes the cooling construction near the surface. It is not intended to change the model into a different firmness category.
Is ErgoAlign optional on Elite?
No. ErgoAlign Contour reinforcement is part of every Elite configuration and works with the microcoils and zoned support unit.
Does this guarantee relief from pain?
No mattress can guarantee a specific medical outcome. Comfort and support preferences vary, and customers with medical concerns should consult an appropriate professional.
